Job Description

Our Customer Installations Online app (CiO for short) is a web-based software app used by installation and service companies of all trades like the Flooring, Millwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Remodeler, etc. types. Many of our clients receive a mix of work from big box retailers like Lowe’s or Home Depot, including their own internal sales.

The Support Specialist will be primarily managing our Live Chat and phone calls from clients with questions about their CiO app. You’ll assist with a range of needs from helping them login to basic troubleshooting.

This is a Full-Time salaried position that will ideally help support West coast business hours of 8am-5pm PST. Health benefits are not included, but a flexible time-off policy is, and salary depends on experience. We can train people on our software, but can’t train someone to multi-task or have a great attitude. Moderate computer skills are of course helpful, but we’re just as focused on finding the right mix of the qualities we can’t teach someone!
