As we celebrate Thanksgiving in the U.S. this week, I wanted to take some time to list the things I’m thankful for as CEO of Cilio Technologies. Every year, as we grow our business, I am thankful for many people and many things that help drive our success and our clients’ success.
First and foremost, I am thankful for our clients and the trust they put in our Cilio CiO software to help manage their installation businesses. This year, we hit one of our key goals to have installers from all 50 states using our software! We’re so grateful for each and every one of them.
Our team works directly with each client and many of them have become friends. All of them challenge us to constantly improve our product to meet their unique needs and their growing businesses. Recently, an installer expressed a need to add custom notes to their Lowe’s Certificate of Completion template. We quickly made that update, which is now available to all our clients. We are always grateful for feedback like this. It helps us strive every day to be the best and that keeps things interesting! Thank you all.

I have been blessed with an exceptional team that is 100% dedicated to making our field service software the best product on the market for our installer clients. I’m thankful that every day, I get to work alongside my family and others who I happily call friends. Everyone on our team is fully committed to making CiO the best installer software on the market and to ensure our clients get the most value out of their investment. To that end, this team has made more than 30 significant updates to our system this year! This team is really awesome.
Integration with the Lowe’s IMS portal
I am so thankful to be working with Lowe’s to integrate CiO with their IMS online portal. As Lowe’s continues the expansion of its portal, it will change the way installers interact with their Installed Sales teams and Central Production Office. We’re one of a few companies to be working with them to ensure this transition is seamless for our users.
Collaboration with Lowe’s Field Service Managers
We’ve been grateful this year to be invited by Lowe’s Field Service Managers from around the country to join their regional meetings, where we’ve met some great new clients and continued to keep up with developments within Lowe’s Installed Sales program. We look forward to continuing our role in helping FSMs by improving their installers’ efficiency, scalability, and communication. With Lowe’s new portal expansion, CiO will be more critical than ever to help aid the installation providers success.
The next things
We built the CiO product from the start to address the challenges that installers, including Lowe’s installers and Home Depot installers, have with managing paperwork, scheduling, and all their other job information. Many new things are on the horizon to keep improving the value of our solution to our clients. We are in the process of developing relationships with complementary vendors and leaders in installed sales to bring you more integration, functionality, features, and advice. I’m thankful for the insight and collaboration these partners will bring to our solution and to our clients.
